Summary: The one thing that binds them.
Ohno is spacey and Nino is distractable. ( It's a gamer thing. )
Ohno is quiet and Nino is just talking too much to say anything of importance. ( They remember exactly when they learnt to be entertaining, to be an exaggerated version of themselves. )
Ohno is mumbling, and Nino is filling in all the spaces with things he'll wonder why he said, upon looking back.
Ohno never acts in movies. Nino just starred in something major.
Ohno's words are dreaming; Nino's, sharp.
Ohno drinks alcohol like water and Nino cracks after three drinks, putting his head down on the table and refusing to let anyone read what must be plain on his face --
"Wake up, Nino," Ohno bends in, whispers it into his ear; Nino shaking his head as if to deny the sound of it, rolling his cheek against the table, face turned away from Ohno --
( I love you ) -- that's where they concur.
